Shipping Policy

At Jerzey West, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping options and policies below:

Flat Rate Shipping
We offer flat-rate shipping of $15 CAD for all orders within Canada with Canada Post.

Free Shipping
Spend $100 CAD or more (before taxes) in a single order and enjoy free shipping on us!

Shipping Provider
We currently ship orders through Canada Post, in the event of a strike we will use UPS and FEDEX to ensure reliable delivery. Please note that UPS and FEDEX requires a physical address for all shipments please ensure that the shipping address includes both a physical address and PO Box number.  Apply both saves us time contacting you to confirm your shipping address but also shipping delay times.

Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Custom Order Times

Custom Orders processed usually take 1-2 weeks processing time due to receiving the custom item and graphic.  We make everything right at home to ensure accuracy but also involve my family during the process of making all custom orders.

We currently ship across Canada. If you’re outside of our shipping region, please contact us at jerzeywest@hotmail.com to discuss alternative options.

Disclaimers
While we make every effort to ensure your order arrives on time, there are some factors that may be out of our control. Weather-related events, such as storms, snow, or other natural disasters, may cause delays in shipping. Jerzey West is not responsible for delays caused by such events, and we recommend checking the tracking for any updates regarding your order.
